How can I view Google AMP data in Google Webmaster Tools?

Once you have implemented Google AMP, data will become available in Google Webmaster Tools. This data is ONLY available in the Search Appearance and Search Traffic sections.

Search Appearance > Accelerated Mobile Pages

This section displays a historical timeline that has the number of indexed AMP pages versus AMP pages with errors.  The error data is critical for locating and addressing AMP errors.  The best practice is to keep the number of AMP errors to minimum.  This allows administrators to immediately identify new issues.

Search Traffic > Search Analytics

This section displays impressions, clicks, CTR (click-through rate), and position for all traffic to the domain.  To limit the data to ONLY include the AMP pages do the following:

  1. Click on the Search Appearance button
  2. Use the “No filter” dropdown to Filter Search Appearance > AMP article rich or non-rich results*

*Rich results are results that appear in the story carousel, non-rich results appear in the standard results section.
