Initial Review and Assessment (gratis)
The process starts with a simple review and assessment of your current server footprint. Please be prepared to share you current server credentials with us. This typically yields some questions for you and/or your host. Once those are addressed, we can give you an estimate of the time involved. We also provide you with the strategy for coordinating the server migration to reduce or avoid any downtime.
Recommendations for New Hosting and Backup
As part of the review process, we also examine your new proposed hosting and make recommendations accordingly. Our recommendations also include the backup strategy. We will manage the backup configuration and can also provide backup services.
Development Resources
In some cases, your new server may not be compatible with your existing application(s). We offer the full range of programming resources to address these before and/or after the migration.
Support After Migration
We also offer 24/7 first tier managed server support for all servers and server clusters which is typically billed as a monthly retainer.
