There are many ways to implement a chatbot. Most solutions seem quick and easy to implement, but unfortunately yield poor results. There are three critical elements of every AI chatbot feature; the software used to manage the user interaction, the configuration of the software, and the data needed to ensure the response is accurate and effective. We build our own AI software, and also implement other third-party software. The most important element is the data. We have a team of AI data scientists that carefully build your own custom fine-tuned model and the critical context files needed to properly access it.

Though the access to AI via the web is relatively new to many business owners, we have been building custom applications since it first became available. This includes our own custom chatbot solutions and larger more complex applications.
